MY NATURAL FIBER CLOTHES

Instead of mass-produced collections, I've decided to produce each collection in limited series to respect the environment, good labor standards, fair wages and slow fashion. This reduces wastage and textile waste, and enhances the craftsmanship and quality of each garment. Fabric scraps are also a part of textile waste, which is why I use them to get closer to the principle of zero waste.

SYNTHETHIC MATERIALS

Although 13% of my previous designs are made from synthetic materials, these pieces are part of my history and a reminder of my journey towards sustainability. I made the decision to keep them within my range because of my commitment to avoiding waste and extending the life of each garment. I understand that my journey towards sustainability is a constant evolution, and every choice I make brings me even closer
to the zero waste principle.

Wash with Care for Reduced Impact :

When washing your synthetic garments, adopting a few simple practices can help minimize the impact on the environment while preserving the quality of your pieces.

1. Temperature and program :

Opt for low-temperature wash cycles. Synthetics are often sensitive to high heat, which can lead to premature degradation. Washing in cold or lukewarm water is sufficient to remove dirt while preserving the fibers.

2. Moderate detergent use :

Use the minimum amount of detergent necessary to avoid chemical residues in wastewater. Low environmental impact detergents are preferable.

3. Microfibres :

To limit the release of microfibers into the water, consider using special laundry bags designed to capture these small particles.

4. Natural drying :

Air-dry rather than tumble-dry. Synthetics dry quickly and often don't require excessive heat to regain their shape.
