The general terms and conditions of sale described below apply to all products sold exclusively through the
www.elindra.ch website. They define the rights and obligations of the parties.

Elindra reserves the right to modify the content and form of these terms and conditions at any time.

Elindra/the seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data communicated by the customer on the www.elindra.ch website and to process such data in accordance with current legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act. The seller only processes and retains the data necessary for the proper completion of the order, its invoicing and delivery. Personal data will only be passed on to third parties involved in the order and delivery process, and under no circumstances for advertising purposes.

All prices listed by product on the www.elindr.ch website are in CHF (Swiss francs) and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be indicated before the order is confirmed.

The seller reserves the right to modify without notice and at any time the prices and other charges displayed on the site. However, products will be invoiced to the customer on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order validation.

Payments must be made in CHF (Swiss francs), regardless of your reference currency.

Special offers, sales or discounts are valid only until the date indicated or until stocks last.

Elindra/the seller undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the photographic representation of the products offered for sale on the site is as faithful as possible to reality. However, it is possible that the customer's perception of the photographic representation of the products may not correspond exactly to the products themselves.

The details and characteristics (e.g. color, size, etc.) that describe each product are approximate values. While every effort has been made to accurately reproduce the colors, size and quality of our products, there may be minor variations from the actual appearance of the product you are purchasing. This may be due to the nature of the products themselves, differences in display modes (lighting and photography) or the color settings and capabilities of digital monitors. A customer placing an order should be aware of these variations in color, size and dimensions. Elindra/the seller believes that all online buyers are aware that the colors seen on a screen will be slightly different from those of the
product ordered. Under no circumstances will the customer be able to claim a refund by rejecting goods purchased for these minor
discrepancies.

All our payment data is transferred via a secure SSL connection.

As soon as we receive your order on the website and confirmation of your payment, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. All orders are delivered in Switzerland by Swiss Post. Delivery times may vary between 3 and 10 working days. In the event of longer delays, you will be notified and you
will have the option of cancelling your order free of charge.

Shipping costs are fixed rates based on delivery address and package weight.

Free delivery on orders over CHF 100. (Switzerland)

Free delivery on orders over €250. (France and Europe)

Delivery to Europe is charged at €14.00, provided the weight does not exceed two kilos. Beyond 2 kilos, delivery charges are calculated according to the flat rates in force with Swiss Post.

Products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. Any customs clearance costs are at the customer's expense.

VAT must be paid in the country of destination. Import restrictions and tariffs of destination country apply.

Goods leave our premises within 5 working days at the latest
after validation of payment. All our products are shipped directly from Lausanne.

Delivery times may vary between 3 and 10 working days. In the event of longer delays, we will inform you.

Returns of purchased items must be sent back to us within 14 days. The product must be properly protected, in its original packaging, unused or worn, with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation. The customer must bear all shipping costs for returns and exchanges, as well as payment costs for paypal payments.

Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached.

The product is checked by the seller, who may or may not validate the refund, in particular by checking that the product has been returned complete and in a condition suitable for re-sale, as provided for in the right of withdrawal. If the goods meet the return requirements, they can be refunded. If the goods do not meet the return requirements, they will be returned to the customer, who cannot be reimbursed.

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

If the product sold by Elindra is defective or arrives damaged, the customer may obtain a refund or exchange for the same product by returning the defective or damaged product within 7 days of receipt. To do so, the customer must send an email to info@elindra.ch and return the product to Elindra. In the case of returns or exchanges under warranty, Elindra will bear the cost of return and exchange.

Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event of unavailability of a product after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, offering you either to order another product presented on the site as a replacement, or to cancel your order.

The seller undertakes to honour orders received on the site only within the limits of available stocks. Exceptionally, a
product advertised as available on the site may be unavailable after the order has been definitively registered.

The seller reserves the right to modify the product range. Some offers may have a limited validity period, which will be
indicated for each product or product range.

These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as any sale to which they apply, are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or any sale to which they apply shall be governed by Swiss law, whether such dispute is based on contract, tort or any other provision.
