Shipping costs are fixed rates based on delivery address and package weight.
Free delivery in Switzerland for orders over CHF 100.
Free delivery for orders over €200 within Europe.
Delivery charges are €10 for Europe 1 and €14 for Europe 2, provided the two-kilo weight limit is not exceeded. For orders over 2 kilos, delivery charges are calculated according to the flat rates in force0.

We deliver to many countries worldwide. If you live outside the European Union, your local customs office may apply additional charges to your order, such as import fees, declaration fees, customs fees or value-added tax. All fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. They are invoiced upon arrival of the goods in your country by our local shipping partner. These charges cannot be controlled in advance, and we are not in a position to predict them. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Customs may also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is not our responsibility.
Returns of purchased items must be sent back to us within 14 days. The product must be properly protected, in its original packaging, unused or worn, with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation. The customer must bear all shipping costs for returns and exchanges, as well as payment costs for paypal payments.
The procedure is as follows:
- The customer sends an email to info@elindra.ch
- Items must be returned in perfect condition with the return label.
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached.
- The customer shall return the goods at his own expense to the following address:

The product is checked by the seller, who may or may not validate the refund, in particular by checking that the product has been returned complete and in a condition suitable for re-sale, as provided for in the right of withdrawal. If the goods meet the return requirements, they can be refunded. If the goods do not meet the return requirements, they will be returned to the customer, who cannot be reimbursed.
